As of October 1, 2004 the business assets and personnel of Advanced Technology Partners Limited (ATP) have been acquired by Datacraft (NZ) Limited (Datacraft).

Datacraft has operated in New Zealand for over twenty years and is part of the Datacraft Asia Limited www.datacraft-asia.com (Datacraft Asia) group of companies. The group is the leading independent IT services company in Asia Pacific specialising in providing IT solutions and services that enable businesses to operate seamlessly across Application Networks. Application Networks are the convergence of two previously separate areas of IT: application integration and network infrastructure.

The Group's expertise in networking integration, application deployment and global managed services makes it uniquely positioned to deliver the IT solutions that businesses need to connect information, applications, business processes, people and organisations.

Datacraft’s acquisition of ATP represents it’s commitment to growing its Application Network solution offerings and increases the depth with which it can engage with its customers. The Datacraft Corporate overview (attached) is an introduction to the Datacraft group and the services and solutions that Datacraft currently offers. The ATP team will spearhead the Datacraft New Zealand Microsoft Practice and provide valuable input into the other core business solutions that Datacraft offers.

All ATP personnel have accepted positions with Datacraft and are looking forward to helping maintain the ATP client base as well as broadening into new areas that Datacraft can offer. We are certain that having the ATP team all on board will ensure a smooth transition.

Over the seven years that ATP operated, it developed a sound business with an excellent client base. Datacraft is a company that has the same customer facing values and service ethics that ATP has always striven to provide.
